The jewelry goes through a sterilization process in the studio before shipping, but we have no way of guaranteeing that they will reach their destination that way, so it is mandatory to pass them through a disinfection process with medical alcohol before use.

It is important to know that a piece of jewelry that has not been disinfected before use may and most likely will develop an infection, if the jewelry is not thoroughly disinfected before use, you take full responsibility for the development of infection as a result of wearing the jewelry.

“Anbinder Jewelry” is not responsible for allergy, irritation or any other side effect that may appear or has appeared in the customer as a result of not disinfecting the jewelry purchased on the site.

It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that he does not have any sensitivity/allergy to the metals from which the jewelry he purchased is made. A doctor should be consulted before use, especially if there is concern or uncertainty about a particular allergy.

Some jewelry contains metals such as brass or copper, information that will be displayed in the product details. If there is a known sensitivity to these metals, we recommend not purchasing these products.

If you do not know whether a certain piece of jewelry that appears on the website is suitable for you, please contact us before placing the order and the website team will try to help you in the most suitable choice.

5. Gold-plated jewelry fades over time and changes color. Even with these items, it is recommended to avoid direct contact of the jewelry with water.

In other words: jewelry sent will not be returned, exchanged, or credited.

Charges and Payments Policy

The payment is a secure payment by credit card – you must enter the card number on the secure payment page independently. After making the payment, a detailed tax invoice will be sent to the entered email address.

We accept most major credit cards. All payments are due at the end of the order. If no payment is received and/or the payment method is rejected, the order will not be confirmed and the jewelry will not be sent. The buyer forfeits the ownership of jewelry and/or any items due to non-payment.

Prices

Prices on the website include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

All orders are subject to stock availability and order price confirmation. Anbinder Jewelry endeavors to ensure that all items, descriptions, and prices appearing on this website are accurate, errors occasionally occur. If an error in the price is discovered, we will inform you as soon as possible, and you will have the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as canceled. In this case, you will receive a full refund.

Billing details

All billing information entered must be true and accurate. Providing any untrue or inaccurate information constitutes a violation of this agreement and will result in the cancellation of the order. Product delivery policy

A product that has been paid in full will be sent by the website operator or someone on her behalf to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.
